Accessibility (ADA) Review

Ensuring Your Project Meets Federal Requirements

"Accessibility allows us to tap into everyone's potential"

- Debra Ruh

The world of building ownership has become more and more complex with more stringent requirements for accessibility. What one person constitutes a barrier, another may see as unnecessary. Our team has additional training through the International Code Council as Certified Accessibility Plans Examiners / Accessibility Inspectors (CAPE/AI).

We provide help with all of those issues to review new projects before construction, during the construction review process, or in existing facilities. We have specific training in ICC ANSI A117.1, the ADA Accessibility Guide (ADAAG), Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) and Chapter 11 of the International Building Code. During our reviews we utilize a proprietary program which helps us develop and document an extensive report for your existing facility to help address any issues.

The key elements are to provide a thorough review and analysis that includes approaches on cost savings as well as mitigation of legal issues.
